Just saw on the news that Bisphenol A might be released from N*lgen* bottles and as such it might pose health risks to consumers.

Was ist Bisphenol A ?

->It is a monomer of some polycarbonate materials that might be released upon hydrolysis of the polycarbonate.

What's the big deal ?

Bisphenol A can activate estrogen receptors in your body, leading to similar effects that estrogen elicits. (Will i grow boobs?)


Well, I think as long as I didn't use too much hot water in my bottle back in NS, the hydrolysis rate (thus amt leached out) would be quite minimal. I do change my water everyday~!

Anyway, ever since I lost that bottle of mine, I never bothered to get another expensive bottle just to lose it. I use green tea bottles everyday. Heh.

Der Urlaub

Mein Urlaub ist fast vorbei. Ungefähr 20 Tage und beginnt noch ein Semester. Zur zeit, dieser Urlaub war zu beschäftigt und ermüdend. Nach dem Exam habe ich gearbeitet und Sweat! camp teilgenommen. Nach Sweat! Camp habe ich gerade bis heute gearbeitet. Außdem, in letzter Zeit war ich ein paar Male krank. Jetzt habe ich Zahnschmerzen, weil meinen Weisheitszahn (Wisdom Tooth) sich die Welt sehen will (lol anyhow smoke).

Ok. Lately I've been really shagged and tired. As they say in Chinese, jin bi li jing and ji lao cheng ji.
So various forms of mild ailments have popped up with the most recent and incredible addition of a wisdom tooth eruption. Sigh. Hope it buries itself back like the rest. Come out for a while and hide again. HAhaha.
