Pongal

Pongal or what's translated as Harvest Festival was a surprise for mum and I as we happen to spot it while travelling down Delhousie and Campbell Rd for reminiscence of the relief aid event.
The familiar and rare purple sugar canes, the adorable but lonely-looking cows and goats kept in enclosures.
The communication for the festivity was there for the medium was English. It's a good move to allow everyone to join in and not make it only comprehendable by the festive majority.
