IPPT.
This is just a typed out list of training that I plan to do to earn my dough from the SAF.
1. 5 km runs twice a week.
2. 100 m sprints twice a week.
3. 60 Crunches every night.
4. 15 chin-ups hopefully for everyday.
5. Quadriceps training.
Last window, hope to get the monetary incentive. Haha.
And after that I'll try to do something about my bad language, exercising self-restraint such as not saying 'F**** MAN!' when something goes wrong or when I drop a pen in the LT next time.
